The ULAC Street Fighter features a 5mm thick induction-hardened steel chain with a user-settable combination lock. Comes with a velcro strap and protective nylon sleeve for ease of storage and use.
You can attach the lock anywhere onto the bike frame / seatpost or just simply fold it and put it into your backpack. On top of that, the 100cm (39.37inch) provides a decent user experience for both transporting and locking to fixed objects.
